Certified bilingual guides (English–Spanish) are available when your program needs them, quoted together with the transportation. Group rates are quoted case by case, depending on the number of vans, the dates and the route.

You book for the visit, event or project you have, for as many days as it lasts. We do not offer fixed daily routes. If you need several vans on the same day, we quote them together.

Payment

Bank transfer, cash and credit or debit cards (Clip terminal). A 20% deposit books the dates; the balance is paid before the service starts.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit in one van?

Each Sprinter carries 20 passengers. For bigger groups we send several vans under one contract and one point of contact; for very large groups we coordinate coaches.

Can you provide guides?

Yes. Certified bilingual guides (English–Spanish) are available and quoted together with the transportation.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. Group rates are quoted case by case, in USD or MXN. Send us the dates, the number of vans and the route.

Do you run fixed daily routes?

No. We book by trip, event or project, for as many days as it lasts. We do not offer fixed daily routes.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We issue a Mexican invoice (CFDI); VAT is added to the price.

How do we know who the driver is?

Between 36 and 24 hours before the service, we send you the driver's details, plates and van model on WhatsApp.

What if a van breaks down?

We send another one at no cost. It's in the contract.
