How it works

3. A 20% deposit books the dates; the balance is paid before the service starts.
4. Between 36 and 24 hours before the service, we send you the driver's details, plates and van model.

Departing flights

Your group should be at the airport 3 hours before the flight. Tell us the flight time and where the group is leaving from, and we will calculate the pick-up time.

Then the tour

If the group continues with a city tour or a multi-day trip, we can quote the whole plan with the same vehicle and driver, and with certified bilingual guides (English–Spanish) if you need them. More for travel agencies and DMCs and for companies.

What if my group arrives on more than one flight?

Send us the flight numbers and times, and we quote one plan for all of them. Availability is confirmed with the quote.

How long do you wait after the flight lands?

Up to 1 hour of waiting from the moment the flight lands is included. If the flight is delayed more, tell us and we will coordinate.

How much luggage fits?

One Sprinter carries 20 passengers with 2 checked bags of 20 kg each.

Can you take us to AIFA?

Yes. AIFA is not part of the Mexico City airport rate, so we quote each case. Send us the date, time and address.

How do we know who the driver is?

Between 36 and 24 hours before the service, we send you the driver's details, plates and van model on WhatsApp.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We issue a Mexican invoice (CFDI); VAT is added to the price.
